Who We Are

Luke & Kay from Flawless Pets:

Hi! We’re Luke and Kay, the faces behind Flawless Pets. We live in the peaceful village of Beachamwell near Swaffham, Norfolk, and share our home with a variety of furry (and not-so-furry!) friends.

Animals have always been a big part of our lives, and over the years we’ve cared for everything from hamsters, guinea pigs, cats, and dogs to tortoises, birds, and even snails!

Looking after our own pets — as well as pet sitting for family and friends — made us realise just how much we enjoy spending time with animals and how rewarding it feels to give them the love, care, and attention they deserve. That’s what inspired us to start Flawless Pets — a small, local business where your pets are treated like part of our family.

We know how worrying it can be to leave your pets behind when you go away or work long hours, so our aim is to give you complete peace of mind. Whether it’s popping in for cuddles and feeding, letting them out in the garden, cleaning cages, going for a walk, or offering a cosy place for small pets to stay while you’re away — we make sure every animal feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

So, whether your pet has paws, claws, feathers, or shells, you can count on us to look after them as if they were our own.

We may be new as an official business, but we’re certainly not new to caring for animals. For years, we’ve been the go-to pet carers for friends and family — known for our trustworthiness, reliability, and genuine love for every animal we look after. — and that’s exactly what we’re bringing to Flawless Pets.

We care for your pets just as you do. We take the time to learn their routines, likes, dislikes, and little quirks, so they feel completely comfortable while you’re away. Every pet is unique, and we tailor our care to suit their individual personality and needs — ensuring they’re happy, relaxed, and loved.

At Flawless Pets, your pet’s safety and wellbeing always come first. We’re fully insured, DBS checked, Pet First Aid trained, and hold all the necessary licences to provide professional, responsible care. You can feel confident knowing your pets and home are in safe, capable hands.

Luke

Luke’s the steady, dependable half of the team — practical, caring, and great with animals of all kinds. From playful dogs to curious tortoises, he has a knack for keeping pets happy and relaxed. Luke loves spending time outdoors and makes sure every walk, feed, and visit runs on time and smoothly. His friendly, reliable nature means owners can always trust their pets are in good hands.

Kay

Kay has always had a natural connection with animals, the kind of person who instantly wins over nervous pets and makes them feel safe. Gentle, patient, and truly enjoys giving each animal the time and attention they deserve. Whether she’s cuddling a cat, chatting to a parrot, enjoying nature walks with her dogs or setting up cosy spaces for small pets, Kay brings warmth and calm to every visit.

Alongside Flawless Pets, we also run Flawless Food — our recipe website where we share easy, delicious meals. From comforting roasts to quick midweek dinners, it’s all about tasty home cooking that anyone can enjoy. So when we’re not busy looking after pets, you’ll probably find us in the kitchen testing new recipes and making something amazing to share!
