From the moment we contacted Flawless Pets I was really impressed with their professionalism and their dedication to the pets they look after. They are very punctual, extremely caring and totally reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend. And Otis loved them ❤️

Kay and Luke looked after my cat Rufi for 10 days and it has been an amazing, positive and wonderful experience. They are very thorough, professional and knowledgeable and are clearly animal lovers with pets of their own. They took great care and went above and beyond .They provided great care and attention for my senior cat who is often a bit nervous with new people..They provided fabulous daily updates with photos which was very reassuring and it was clear that Rufi was very content and settled with them..I would highly recommend Kay and Luke and I hope they will provide further pet sitting service for me in future. Thank you both.

Update
Kay and Luke have looked after my cat Rufi several times since my original review and I continue to be delighted with their caring professional service. Rufi has needed daily medication during the most recent visits and they have managed this so well despite a reluctant patient who is not keen on taking his medication!. Thank you again Kay and Luke.

We have used flawless pets several times now for when we go on our holidays.

I get pictures and updates from every visit which is so reassuring whilst you are away.

Our pets use to have sad looks on their faces when we pulled out the suitcases, knowing we were leaving them. Now it’s the opposite if they could speak they would be saying “Oh great we get to see Luke and Kay for a week”

Thanks for providing the best human & pet friendly service

We have used Flawless Pets twice now and both times had an excellent experience. The first time Luke and Kay came to visit beforehand and we showed them exactly how we look after the cats. While away we were kept informed throughout with photos and written updates, they went above and beyond to ensure the cats were healthy and safe, and that the house was looked after. The second time was last minute and they were able to slot us in which we are really grateful for.

I cannot recommend enough. From the very first meet‑and‑greet, it was clear that they genuinely care about dogs and treat them like their own. My pup came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well‑exercised after every walk. The communication is fantastic — I always receive updates and photos, about how the walk went, which gives me total peace of mind while I’m at work.

They are reliable, professional, and incredibly kind. My dog gets so excited the moment they arrive, which tells me everything I need to know. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and truly passionate about animals, this is the service you want. Five stars all the way!
